The primary objective CRIA’s capacity development program is to foster understanding of economic integration as a key element of African development and to build national and regional capacity for effective management of the process of regionalism in Africa. Beneficiaries of CRIA’s capacity development include senior and middle level policy makers, managers, advisors, national, regional and pan-African parliamentarians, private sector organisations and civil society groups. CRIA training workshops and academic programs enable regional integration stakeholders acquire the requisite technical and analytical skills to effectively plan, implement, monitor and evaluate regional integration policies, startegies, programs and projects.
